ection of wiring harness-
es for Beetles through 1974, and Bus models through 1971.
Splice
old and new har-
nesses together, over-
lapping by at least one foot in length. Secure
tightly with electri-
cal tape.
Lubricate
the main har-
ness liberally with wire lubricating compound. We used a translucent
colored lubrcant, which worked well.
Routing
main harness through front quarter panel region. 1965-1979
